I used NBS to conduct continuous variable analysis on 282 subjects, and each connectivity matrix was 4095*4095 in size. I stored the connectivity matrix of all subjects in a common folder in ".txt " format. In the "Connectivity Matrices " box, I enter a subject's ". txt" format connectivity matrix. After filling in all the necessary inputs, I click the "NBS" button.
A few minutes later, the following message appears in the bottom box: "Stop: Connectivity Matrices not found or inconsistent". Does this prompt occur because the input connectivity matrices exceed the size limit? (the total size of matrices for all subjects is 4095*4095*282). If so, how can I solve the problem? Or some other reason for the prompt? Hope to get your help. Thank you very much.
