In the SCQ questionnaire, parents rate items 20-40 focusing on the time period between the child's 4th and 5th birthdays. Does HBN ask parents to do this as well? This instruction is not referenced in the data dictionary. The questions are the same as the SCQ form, just without the preface of "When she/he was 4 to 5...".
