It seems I have the same problem. Is it due to the repository being "under review"? I've been added to the 1000 Functional Connectomes Project, and I took this as a sign of things working fine, but now I keep being blocked for permission reasons.

Actually, currently I just need the SUB_TYPE for a few subjects included in 1139_Cobre_Neuropsych_V2_20160607.csv but not in 1139_Cobre_Neuropsych_V2_20201215.csv.
