Dear Andrew,

Does the network-based statistics matlab toolbox support the case when the number of nodes differ along columns and rows, i.e. non-quadratic connectivity matrices? For example, this would be the case if we are interested in white - gray brain matter connectivity where the the number of nodes in WM is not the same as in GM.
