Hi,

I've downloaded MRI data for my study. I found that there are participants who have T1 HCP data only while others have both T1 HCP and T1 VNAV. I also found that some images are defaced while others are not. For some participants, there are some T1 images which were acquired twice. While I do not want to be selective in the protocols and would like to include the majority of the participants, what approach would you recommend?
