I'm Cristina from barcelona. I'mnew at the 'conn comunity'. I'm trying to analyse resting-state with the conn_toolbox (matlab6.5). After having solved some problems linked to the setup process, now I'm stuck at the preprocessing process.
I have included white matter, CSF and realign parameters (rp file derived from realign with SPM) and I have my doubts about the band-pass filter (I put 0.01-0.08). One more thing Do I have to keep the main effect (resting effect) as a confound, as it appears by default? An out of memory error appears but I have enough space.
