fMRI scans in multiband imaging dataset
Hello all,
I have been working on the multiband imaging test-retest pilot dataset for a while, and I noticed an inconsistency for visual checkerboard stimulation data among subjects. For TR=1400 msec, some subjects have 82 time points, some have 97 time points, and some others have 98. There is a similar difference among subjects for TR=645 msec. I am planning to do a group analysis so I would require each subject's data to have the same number of time points. I can truncate the extra time points for all of them to have 82 time points, but I am not sure if the first 82 time points are matching among subjects in terms of paradigms. I couldn't find any information related to this on the dataset's webpage, release notes or headers of data files. Can anyone give me any pointers about how to deal with this difference among subjects?
Thanks in advance,
Burak
