I'm still stumped on this one. Maybe we can try one last thing?

After that, I'd suggest downloading the VM and running it on either a Windows PC or a Linux box so you can test it out. Or, if you are able to, format the server you are testing on and install CentOS 6.3 with the suggested installation, and then install using the NIDB installer. If you really want to install on Redhat, maybe can try remote access, instant message, or skype and solve this faster?
