I seems such a rich dataset. My only question is: are you sure that it is publicly available? By simple registration, I was able to download the imaging data but another website that hosts the genetic data ( http://cancergenome.nih.gov/ ) does not allow me to download genetic data. It sends a link to the batch of genetic data I can download but then asks for the username/password. Cancer Genome Atlas does not have registration or anything (as far as I can tell), I don't know where to get those username/password from.
 
I am not sure this is right place to ask the question, I really appreciate if someone who is familiar with the institution (perhaps Justin) can comment on it.
