RE: MRS coordinate transform and segmentation
Thank you very much Nick for your document. Unfortunately my
Siemens scanner is a 3T verio, operating with MRB17 software
version. As a result I only have a single file (.rda), different
from you with two separate files. Do you know how to read the voxel
coordinates and orientation for this scanner?
