This is the installer for the win32 version of the 0.2.9 release.

Before installing this version, please uninstall all previous versions and dependencies.

For your convenience, the required dependencies are now bundled with the main mrtrix package, so a separate install of the dependencies is no longer required.

MRtrix commands can be run from the Windows command line. However, we recommend installing a POSIX compatible shell such as MSYS (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/mingw/M...).
