Release Name: Missingness in Neuroimaging Data (MIND) ALPHA

Notes:
fMRI analyses often have missing data: for example voxels where there is data from only a portion of the participants. Missingness in Neuroimaging Data (MIND) attempts to impute these missing values from nearby neighboring voxels. This program is based on work by Kenny Vaden (http://people.musc.edu/~kiv3/) and should be considered ALPHA quality. This file includes compiled graphical and command line programs for Windows, OSX and Linux. In addition, a HTML manual and sample dataset are included. Please use with caution.
