Mid-Space-Independent and Intermediate Deformable Image Registration
This open-source toolbox contains Matlab codes (and some binaries) for 2D and 3D deformable image registration, using the mid-space-independent (MSI) approach introduced by Aganj et al (NeuroImage 2017) and the intermediate deformable image registration (IDIR) introduced by Aganj & Fischl (ISBI 2023). Short tutorials are included in EXAMPLE_MSI.m and EXAMPLE_IDIR.m. If available, a GPU can be used for speed-up.
