Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  very nice tool overall, for masking in flsview however, there is are some bugs for instance the one that when saving the mask it flips the x coordinates

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  FSL does not have an intuitive user interface and it can be difficult to use. The terminology used is not always consistent with commonly used terms. Some of their tools (like those used for DTI) are difficult to find elsewhere, but I am loathe to use them. FSL requires better documentation to make it more useful.

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  UI is almost worse than no UI. Know the command line tools. Really, do it. For some odd reason, they package a giant set of templates with every download, and serve the 1.2 G package over the world's fourth-slowest connection.
