gregxform should accept list of transformations

Detailed description

This would make running gregxform on concatenations of multiple transformations
more efficient than the current solution of piping the output of one gregxform
process into the next and so on.

The new tool "streamxform", which will ultimately rteplace gregxform, supports concatenation of transformations
