We need to add conversion from
native to RAS space to the following tools (at least):
volume_reconstruction
volume_injection
reformatx
Note that for reformatx it is unclear how to actually do the
conversion when more than a single transformation are concatenated.
Maybe the solution is to add an explicit affine transformation
before and after each ITK transformation, which maps from RAS to
physical before ITK and then from physical to RAS after.
