"Not Ready to start Denoising Step"
Hi all,

I'm encountering a weird issue and not sure how to proceed. After running my setup tab (in which I get no errors), I have a message that says "Not Ready to start denoising step" ...but there is not indication as to what is missing from the setup tab and I get no error messages. Any idea what's gone wrong here? I've successfully run the analysis previously so I'm not sure why I'm getting this issue. Any input would help!

Thanks!

Hi Kylie,
Not sure about this one, could you please send me your conn_*.mat project file to see if that helps me figure out what might be the problem?
Best

RE: "Not Ready to start Denoising Step"
Hi!

I run into the same problem and just discovered what I did wrong and just thought I should post here since I guess someone might run into the same problem. So, in my case, I got this error message when I, after clicking Done in the Setup, unchecked the voxel to voxel and seed to voxel box (just wanted to run a demo fast and thought this would speed up) and only kept ROI-to_ROI checked. If both the box for seed to voxel and ROI-to-ROI were checked, the denoising run without problems.

Hope this might help someone futurewise!

RE: "Not Ready to start Denoising Step"
Hi Kylie, Hi Alfonso,

I am running into the same problem. I have inserted all the structural and cunctional images, covariates, and the conditions. When clicking done everything gets set up all right. However, I am then told the same error: "not ready to start denoising step. Please complete the setup step first...".
At this point I have only run done for a few participants to test how things run.
Do I need to press done for all participants before I can move on to denoising?

Hi Jonas,

Typically yes, but I believe you can "trick" the GUI into letting your continue further as long as the first subject is processed (as each tab in the GUI defaults to showing you the first subject's data)

Hope this helps

Hello,

this has been a few years ago, but I was just wondering if you've since found a solution to the problem? This happens to me with almost all subjects, and I do not know whats wrong. The preprocessing went normal.
