Parametric modulation in CONN
Dear CONN experts,
I would like to perform the parametric modulation in CONN. Here is a previous forum about this question https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th... This forum is very detailed, and I kind of know how to run parametric modulation in CONN, but I have a similar question proposed by Katherine Aboud. I am not sure whether the results exported from SPM.xX.X could be directly put into the first-level covariate in CONN because the results have already been convoluted in SPM. Also, I have not found any papers introducing this method. Hence, I am wondering whether it is correct to perform this analysis.
Thank you for your help!
Best,
Chanyuan

RE: Parametric modulation in CONN
Hi Chanyuan
Do you have the answer to your question?
I have the same question. I think that the parametric modulators extracted in SPM.X should have entered the set-up as conditions and not as a modulators. But I don't know how.
