Hello,
quick question for y'all I was just wondering why I kept getting an index array error in CONN. I worked with two previous satay sets that I set up and ran the same way and they both worked. The only difference is for the third data set it only has about half the images because the study ran for half the time. Is this what could be causing the issue? Thank you for your help!
Hi Rowan,
That (having half the images) sound be fine, unless perhaps there is some sort of mismatch in the number of timepoints between the functional data and some externally-defined timeseries? If that is not the case please copy/paste the error message to see if that helps us give you more information about possible causes.
Best
Alfonso
