Dear CONN experts,
Could you advise if the functionality allows export ROI coordinates from an excel file or another list? Any advice would be helpful!
Thank you in advance!

Dear Ekaterrina
Yes, you may export a list of x,y,z coordinates (in MNI space if your functional data has been normalized) into a text file, rename the extension of that file to .tal and then import it into CONN (e.g. in Setup.ROIs tab).
Alternatively you can also use in CONN's GUI Setup.ROIs tab the menu 'ROI tools. Create new ROI(s) from MNI coordinates' and copy/paste the list of coordinates to have CONN automatically create that ROI file and import it in one step.
Best
Alfonso

Dear Alfono,
Thank you for the response!
Unfortunately, I did not manage to follow the guidance.
When I tried to import x,y,z coordinates from the .tal file, it
did not load.
When I tried to 'Create new ROI(s) from MNI coordinates',
it allowed me to create one ROI.
Maybe you could advise why these ways did not work?
Attached are my .tal file and screengrabs with the issues. I tried
to create new ROIs after the Preprocessing step, thus the data was
normalized.
Sorry to disturb you once again with this question!
Thank you in advance!
