For the 3D rendered displays with suprathreshold ROI-level results, is line thickness (connections between nodes/seeds) arbitrary?

In the 3D ROI-to-ROI brain displays the connection thickness is proportional to the connection-level T/F stats (or for TFCE analyses the connection-level TFCE scores).
