Dear Alfonso,
I have checked a number of posts under this topics and your clarification has been very helpful. However, I am still not sure if I correctly understood this F-test specifically enough and wish to have your insights.
With a single seed, I assume that the parametric analysis is done by looking any effect on the correlation maps between that seed and whole-brain voxels. With two seeds for example [1,0; 0,1 contrasts for both seeds], is it that the correlation maps of S1 or S2 somehow combined (eg by placing a covariate between them, from what I read in your previous post) and use as one dependent variable in the GLM for group level analysis? Or are time series of S1 and S2 combined before generating the correlation maps?
Thank you so much! I am writing a manuscript on this analysis and I was hoping to provide as much details as I can for the editor. If you can point me to any more specific information like equations, that would be great too!
Regards,
Meishan
