Correlation map for single subject

Is there a way to create correlation maps for each brain without group comparisons? I have 1 subject and 1 control in a resting state protocol. Due to the small sample size (it is a rare condition and finding more subjects is not feasible), I want to know if there is a way for conn to create a correlation map for a single subject (without comparisons).

I would appreciate your input. Thanks!

RE: Correlation map for single subject

Of course, you may run for example SBC first-level analyses and that will compute for each subject a map encoding the connectivity between the seed and each voxel. Typically those maps are called BETA_Subject*.nii files and contain the Fisher-transformed correlation values (and if you have selected in the Setup.Options tab the option to compute seed-to-voxel r maps you will also get corr_Subject*.nii files containing the raw Pearson correlation values)

Hope this helps
