I have a resting state dataset where each subject has 300 volumes.
Is it possible to run analysis exclusively in the first 100 volumes?

I tried by creating a condition under "rest" that had onle 100 time point but it didnt work, I get error message.

Hi Renzo

Sorry the error message was missing in your message, but that approach (creating a new condition that encompasses only the first 100 scans) "should" have worked perfectly fine. If the error persists please copy/paste the error message to see if that helps me figure out what might be the issue.
