I wanted to include an additional question about setting up gPPI for task-based data. We have a design with 6 sessions and one repeated measures factor (3 sessions in a placebo and 3 sessions in a treatment condition, alcohol). We also have one block task that is the same in all sessions. I wanted to confirm that we're correctly setting up the gPPI design for this case (conn20b).
We are interested in exploring condition (placebo vs. alcohol) differences in connectivity during the task (as compared to the implicit baseline modeled in gPPI) though are unclear on how to best set up the model.
The gui brings up the first selection window to specify task (left in attached image) and then a second window to specify conditions after pressing 'Done. (right in attached image).' I'm unclear to how properly specify in both of these windows? Would we specify only heat when selecting task and then select alcohol and placebo when specifying conditions in the second window?
