I need help in explaining the suprathreshold group level results of the ROI-to-ROI analysis. I am running a task-based CONN for a longitudinal data (pre and post training). I used SPC mass/intensity cluster level FDR corrected, and I found a significant change in one cluster composing 24 ROIs and 125 connections among them. When I display the results in a matrix, it shows that the matrix is asymmetric (attached). my question is why the matrix is asymmetric? and what does this mean?
