Hello,

I am trying to run the first level analyses and there are no ROIs available as seeds, nor are any listed under ROIs in the setup tab. How can I re-run this step?

Hi Dana,

Simply add first your ROIs in the Setup.ROIs tab and then, to re-run the import/denoising/first-level steps simply click on 'Done' on each corresponding tab and select the option 'do not overwrite' (so that only the new ROIs are processed)
