Dear all,
I am a GUI user, I really appreciate this softwaremaking everything analysis and visualization very convenient. However, when a preprocessing goes to error. Do I have to start over as a GUI user? I didn't see who talk about this in manual or in forum. Starting over a preprocessing is very time consuming and wasting. Do I simply unselect the previous steps in pipeline building and select the rest of steps and import middle images instead of raws? What's the risk of this solution?
I appreciated your generous answer in advance,
Qiwei
Dear Qiwei,
Yes, exactly, simply remove the previous (already finished) steps from the pipeline to continue where you left off. Preprocessing steps are done one step at a time, and for each step, only once all subjects are finished correctly the outputs of that step are imported into the CONN toolbox (there is no partial importing of individual subjects results). That means that if an error occurs in any individual preprocessing step it is always safe to restart preprocessing exactly from that same step (removing from the pipeline all of the steps that have already finished correctly - and hence have been imported into your CONN project)
Best
