Hi everyone,

I'd appreciate your insights on an issue I encountered while running gPPI (ROI-to-ROI) analyses comparing two conditions [1 1 -1 -1]. I used one seed with five targets.

The attached screenshot shows one positive connectivity and two negative (or anti-connectivity) results. However, when presenting the connectivity matrix using the "Group-analysis results: all ROIs" option, all three connections appeared with an orange color.

I'm unsure what this color representation means and why it seems inconsistent with the positive/negative results. I searched the forum but couldn't find a relevant discussion.

If anyone has experience with this or can provide insights, I would be grateful.
