Where are the design matrices for the first level analyses stored?
Hello,
I want to investigate the gPPI model more in depth. Where can I find the design.mat file for the gPPI analysis?

Just following up on this question. When I look through the output folders from CONN, I only see a design matrix for the second level analysis.
