Hi,

I'd like to create a table from the 2nd level results which shows ROI names instead of ROI numbers. But I have difficulties to find out how to translate the numbers into names. E.g.  "Connection 001-045" should be replaced by "Connection Thalamus L - PreCG L" (in this example I only use atlas ROIs).

I can export ROI information to a file with "Save ROI order/groups to file" and load this file in Matlab afterwards. Then I get a structure named ROIconfiguration. I thought there I could find a map which translates e.g. ROI numbers into atlas labels or ROI names.

Thalamus L has label 93 in the atlas, ROI number 001, PreCG L has label 14 in the atlas, ROI number 045 and I don't get the system behind that. Thalamus L can be found in ROIconfigurations.names2 at position 125, PreCG L at position 46, which is atlas label + 32 because the network names take position 1-32.

Any hints?
