Hello! I am running a ROI-ROI analysis using non-human primate images (this is also my first time using CONN in general), and am having some issues with the results, in that there are clearly some default settings specific for human brains that I need to disable. Can someone please help direct me to these setttings that I either need to disable, or replace with default files specific for non-human primates? Thank you very much!
