Dear community, 

I would like to run an analysisi of gppi. I have 2 conditions and 4 sessions. I hypothesize that there will be an interaction between condiitons and sessions, where the first 2 sessions would be different than the 2 second sessions for condition 1 but not for condition 2. I entered each session and condiiton as different conditions in conn setup S1_C1, S1_C2, S2_C1, S2_C2, S3_C1, S3_C2, S4_C1, S4_C2

I also have 3 seeds for this analysis. I wonder if to test the hypothesis I should use the F-contrast for between-conditions contrast:

  1 -1 -1 1 0 0 0 0; 0 0 0 0 1 -1 -1 1

and select the rheee seeds with a between -souces contras: 100;010;001

Would this be correct? In subject effects, I have "all subjects" and "groups". I have 2 groups but had the same conditions and sessions.
