Hi,

I am trying to use the CONN toolbox to do a gPPI using a task-based parametric regressor.  I've successfully uploaded a custom design matrix for a single subject and added a 1'st level covariate (as instructed from other forums).  Then, successfully ran denoising.  However, the gPPI tab is not showing up in the analysis type (only functional connectivity is showing up as an option).

I figured this out by browsing the forums a bit.  You have to click on the + in the lower left hand corner and then select a new analysis (gPPI).  Thanks.
