I want to create a map that displays the subcortical regions I used as seeds for functional connectivity in different colors. Using conn_mesh_display, I can display the mask (conn_mesh_display([], 'ROIs_combinadas_binaria.nii');), but it doesn't allow me to merge multiple masks and add different colors.

How can I merge all the masks in a single Glass Brain and add different colors to each one?
