I conducted a seed-to-voxel analysis to examine the associations between functional connectivity (FC) and memory performance in an older adult group, using the hippocampus as a seed (two-sided). This analysis revealed three significant clusters.

Now, I would like to compare the FC between the seed and these three significant clusters across young and older adults groups. How could I perform this analysis?
