Dear collegues,
I am new to this field, and recently downloaded Matlab with SPM and CONN. I am following the first tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUd3k_jI...), and I got stucked while importing files. I want to import all anonymized files by filtering files with "mprage_anonymized.nii.gz". When clicking "find" (on the right in the attached .png), there is not a list with all the 25 files that I am looking for. Without this I would need to import each file one by one. Later on, I will be working with a larger dataset, so it cannot be done this way. I have tried both in Windows and Ubuntu, however clicking "find" does not work as in the tutorial. Is there any way to import all desired files without doing it one by one?
I am using MATLAB R2025b, SPM 25.01.02 and CONN 22v2407.
Thank you for you time and expertise .
Thanks for reporting this!
Please download the latest CONN development release from github (see https://conn-toolbox.org/resources/sourc... for installation instructions) which now includes a patch to hopefully fix this issue with the 'Find' button (the release of Matlab R2025a has brought a number of changes in the way Matlab handles GUI elements and we are trying to quickly release a number of patches/updates to CONN addressing these changes).
Hope this helps
Alfonso
