Hello CONN experts,
I would like to analyze BOLD signal variations both within white
matter and within white matter lesions in patients with multiple
sclerosis.
To do this, however, I would like to know:
1. How to import white matter lesions into CONN?
2. How to leave lesions in either subject space or MNI space in
CONN?
3. Is an ALFF/fALFF analysis in CONN recommended to evaluate BOLD
signal variations between patients and between the lesion and the
intact part of the white matter?
4. Which CONN parameters should I use to preprocess the white
matter signal compared to the gray matter signal?
5. Are there any aspects I should take into consideration regarding
CONN?
Thank you,
Alberto
