I am analysing a rs-fMRI data. My cohort is a sample with subjective cognitive impairement and MCI. I would like to check the association of factors such as hypertension (present/absent), hyperlipidemia (present/absent) and gender (male/female) with resting state network connectivity. 
Should the contrast be setup as patients with MCI; patients with subjective cognitive impairement; hypertension_present ; hypertension_absent, if I would like to compare patients with MCI and patients with subjective cognitive impairement and the association of hypertension. 

Should the contrast be 1 -1 0 0 ?

Also, I am unable to view the results explorer button during second level analysis. I am using conn on windows. Could someone help navigate to the results explorer page?
