Dear Alfonso and other CONN users,

I am trying to process an openneuro dataset (ds005237) but for some reasons both resting-state and task-based processing crashed; not only CONN but completely shut down Matlab after outlier detection. I attached the log for your information (only for th task based processing as lighter) but it is not really telling me anything... And I did not receive any matlab crash file.

Of note, but not sure it is related, fort rsfMRI data my machine started to max up the cache RAM (not that badly for the task).

I  intially thought that it may be because I needed an update on CONN and SPM versions, so I upgraded from SPM12 and CONN 22v2407 to SPM 25.01.02 and CONN 25b. But got the same results.

I am using SPM25.01.02, CONN 25b, Matlab R2022a, on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS. My machine has 270GB of RAM, 64cpu.

Did anyone experience this in the past? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
