Dear Alfonso or CONN Experts,

In my ROI-to-ROI analysis, I obtain results with Cohort A and save the ROI-to-ROI order. Then, when I load this order for Cohort B, the latter results disappear.

I would highly appreciate any insights regarding the following question:

1- Why does this happen if we have a connectome that includes all regions and, potentially, all of them could connect to each other?

 2- How could I create or use a "universal" ROI order?
