Data in wrong folder in 13.c
Hi, I have following problem and I am grateful for any help:
In
version 12p one subject-folder with two subfolders 'data' and 'results' had been created during
setup. In 13c there is a folder with subfolders 'data' and 'results',
too, but in addition the toolbox automatically creates a 'data'- and a
'results'-folder in my matlab-folder, thus not IN the subjects-folder,
but in the same folder the subject-folder is. Results are stored in the both 'results'-folders, data only in the "outside" 'data'-folder.
As a result I get following error message in matlab:

??? Error using ==> load

Unable to read file ...\MATLAB\conn13sample\data\DATA_Subject001_Session001.mat: No such
file or

directory.

Error in ==> conn_vol at 3

load(filename);

Error in ==> conn at 1097

                    CONN_h.menus.m_preproc.Y=conn_vol(filename);

Error in ==> conn_menumanager at 116

                            feval(MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});

??? Error while evaluating figure WindowButtonUpFcn

After copying the data in the right folder preprocessing and analysis can be conducted, but no significant connections can be found. In comparison to that I have found almost too many significant connections for the same data set (resting state, healthy) with version 12p using the same parameters.

I am using Matlab 7.10.0 (R2010a) in Windows.

Again, thank you for any suggestions!

RE: Data in wrong folder in 13.c
Hi Sarah,

Regarding the folders issue I was not able to replicate this error, my guess would be that this issue might be related to a previous bug reported in version 13a that occurred during the saving of a project, could you please let me know whether you were using version 13c all through your analyses or if you started your analyses using version 13a?

In any way given those issues what I would suggest is that you use 'save as' to rename your project first, and then re-run all of the processing steps just to make sure you get a 'clean' analysis. Let me know if after this you are still not finding any significant results (and if so please let me know more details about what type of analyses you are running to get a better sense of what might be going on there)

Best
Alfonso

RE: Data in wrong folder in 13.c
Hey,
I could not solve the problem with 13.c, but it does not occur in 13.e anymore.
Thanks!
