Upside Down T1 images
Hello,
I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced their T1 images being turned upside down when importing them from SPM into CONN?
If so, how might one go about fixing the problem?

Hi Hazel,
First, just to make sure, are you using the latest version of the toolbox (version 13)? in version 12 the images displayed in the 'setup' tab did not enforce a neurological display convention (it rather used the same convention used when storing these files and disregarded the header info, so you can not expect these to look in the standard orientation unless your original writing convention happened to be LPI; in version 13 the images displayed in the 'setup' tab are consistent with the rest of the displays in the toolbox, where all the displays use the standard neurological display convention)
