Specifically, their TR was set to 1.0 in the NIFTI header rather than 2.3 sec for BERLIN_MARGULIES and 1.5 sec for PITTSBURGH. The files will be updated today. A document containing TR, # of slices and # of volumes for each site will be released today as well. |
