'extractBO' job failed to run. I did go through the log, but unable to find out what may go wrong. I have attached my entire output folder, which contains the log folder as well as '.PANDA' file. Can you please help me on this.

I think this is the problem of fsl.
Please download fsl in http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/.

Don't download Linux Debian/Ubuntu version, please download Linux Centos version and install.

Follow the installation instruction here.

Hi Zaixu,

Sorry for getting back late to you. I installed new version of fsl as mentioned, yet it showed me job failed for extractBO step.

I went through the log files again but am unable to figure out what is going wrong. Attached is the log file for the new session that I ran.

There is a folder named 'logs' in the result path.

The error is as listed:
fslroi: error while loading shared libraries: libnewimage.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
extracting b0 image is done!

It seemed that a file named libnewimage.so is missing in your system.

First, I think you should delete all files of old ubuntu version FSL.
Second, What's your system? Ubuntu? If it is Ubuntu, I think you can upgrade it to Ubuntu new version, such as Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10.

You can have a try first.
