PANDA installation does not persist
Hi all,
I' would like to use PANDA for my project so I have installed it in my matlab R2012a.
I just added the path in matlab, (Fiile --> set path --> add with subfolder) that's it, i could run PANDA.
However when I close and restart matlab if I call PANDA and matlab say: "Undefined function or variable 'PANDA' and if I want to use it I have to set again the path.
Do you have any idea why this happen? I guess I can't use the program if it is delated anytime I close matlab.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Best,
Mauro

RE: PANDA installation does not persist
Dear Mauro,
I think you should check whether PANDA is in matlab path.
"Undefined function or variable 'PANDA'" means PANDA is not in matlab path.
You should set path again.

Anyway I solved the problem and I will write the solution if anybody will have the same problem in the future.
The issue was due to the fact that I downloaded PANDA without previously log in as root, so the owner of PANDA was not root and matlab had no the permission to "permanently save" the changing.
I solved the problem by changing the owner with the command:
Now I have another problem with the parcellation but I will open a new discussion to avoid confusion.
