Failed processing in CentoOS 6.4
Dear Dr. Cui :
I am a beginner in DTI data processing, i am using PANDA on virtual machine CentOS 6.4 and i set up FSL 5.0.6 properly. But when i set default parameters on PANDA and trying to run it. The status of each subject is always waiting, i check my process in terminal, it is weird that nothing is running. Do you have any idea with this?

RE: Failed processing in CentoOS 6.4
Dear Dr.Cui:
I also noticed that there is something wrong with my FSL, when i try to run TBSS using FSL's feat. In the second step it can not merge all files into all_FA, and cannot create mean_FA. Because some functions of PANDA is based on FSL, i am considering if there is a possibility that my FSL be responsible for the fail in PANDA.  My FSL's version is 5.0.6. Do you have any idea with this?

Best Regards!

RE: Failed processing in CentoOS 6.4
Dear Dr.Cui:
Sorry that i wasted sometime today in downloading the MATLAB, i set up the version you provided yesterday(R2012A in linux) and tried again, but still not work. The status remains wait. As the video provided, the average process of each subject is 30 minutes(For a eight core computer), but i used my work station, and the program just not take up any space in my system moniter.
