PANDA netork matrix AND Grenta analysis
Hi, Cui,

I used PANDA to perform deterministic network analysis and obtained the FN-weighted matrix. Then, I used Grenta Software to calculate topological index (threshold FN=1~5). But the results are strange; they are very different from that in the published papers. For example, Cp should be 0~1.0, but in my results, it is 0.01~0.1. Could you help me to find the reason?

Thanks!

By the way, I try to invert X, Y, Z to find whether fiber tracking is right. But it did not change my result very much.
