Where are the results of several scans
Dear PANDA experts,
Our patients have baseline and followup scans, the DTI images of the 2 exams were separately put in two different folders (for example K1_01 and K01_2) under each patient's main folder (such as K1). Subject_ID was named as 1, and file_Prefix was K. The program runs fine, but in the output path, under 00001 folder, there are only results of one scan. My question is where are the results of the another one?

Dear Yawu,
If you put the two scans into the patient's main fold, PANDA will average the two scans.
In your situation, you should run the two scans separately as two subjects.
