Dear expert,
Recently I met a problem when run PANDA. However, it worked perfect before. The problem is the  jobs always stay at running "delete_tm_file" for the first several cases (equal to the batch max_queued), and there are still 8 unfinished steps.
The program did not show any information for "Failed jobs"

Thank u for reporting the problem. Sorry to reply so late.
In fact, I don't think this is the problem of FSL. I have used the FSL 5.0.0 for a long time.
There is a folder in the Result-path, please send this folder to me.
I want to fix this problem.

I believe it is computer problem. I have re-installed the system, it is ok now. But occasionally now it gets stuck at last step. The Failed jobs shows:

There is a folder named 'logs' and a configuration file named '*.PANDA' in the result path.

I noticed that  the measure of L23m of one case failed. The result looks like this. I re-run the analysis for this case, and used the new result to replace the old one, the run the .PANDA again, finally the processing went well.

Sorry for replying so late.

I have also encountered the similar problem sometimes.
This may be caused by the parallel processing. 

I will pay more efforts to solve this problem.
